Deep-Hole Boring is offered on a sub contract basis for Free-Issue material and/or Supplied/Sourced materials and can include anything from Plastics through to the whole range of Steels and Alloys including Stainless Steels, Nickel and Copper Alloys.

We are able to offer, through our in-house facilities accurate Pilot, Through, Blind, Stepped, Counter and Off-Set Bores, bores up to 125mm I/d x 2.6metres in length to components that need to be machined to Engineering Drawings to include Stepped Turned Forgings or from solid Forged or Rolled bars and Castings, as required.

To compliment our facilities we have excellent relationships with a range of Accredited Quality Approved Sub-Contractors who we can depend on to provide a larger range of Bores as and when the need arises.

Typical customers include aerospace industries, oil and gas markets requiring Seamless Tubes and Pipes typically prior to cladding, engineering workshops, hydraulic cylinders, steel stockholders and many end users

To compliment this service we also offer Sawing, Trepanning, Centre Lathe Turning, Vertical Boring and Milling on-site.

With our wide network and excellent relationships of Accredited Quality approved sub-contractors we are also able to offer a full turnkey service to include Heat treatment & testing, & CNC finish machined components.
